If you like to fish, then you will love the nearby river and waterfall, popular with fishing enthusiasts.

The markets are well worth a visit, a local event and always an enjoyable experience. You can buy everything from garden tools, seeds, trees, homemade cheese, wine, home cured ham, wellies, tractors and much more.

After a hard day working on the land, the nearby sauna and spa with medicinal healing waters is a perfect relaxing way to end the day.

For a touch of retail therapy, then the historic Roman walled town of Lugo, or the cosmopolitan city of Santiago with its breathtaking Cathedral and medieval streets are only 45 minutes drive.
