What I can tell you is that the owners have told me that they have now found tenants to take care of their property while they are away in India for 12 months.

Sounds lovely. May be interested, although was looking more south west France.
Currently trying to sell up in Bulgaria before relocating to France.
Lived on farm for many years – cows, sheep, donkey, chickens no problem.
Would it be ok to bring 3 dogs with me – one indoor, two live outside so long as some barn for them to be in at night.

Would be very interested in this. Am an early retired Hotelier, brought up on farms and now looking to buy / rent a smallholding. Am a great fan of France, currently living in the Channel Isles and visit often. Have been considering buying a farm in or around the Cognac area but have not found anything suitable as yet. Your option would be a perfect short term solution.

I have been a smallholder for six years and have been considering moving to France for nearly as long. This would be a great opportunity to see if the move would suit us and if we would suit France. It goes without saying that I would be happy and keen to take on your livestock.
