Just thought I would pop in and let you know that we have just released (7th Jan 09) a new land directory online, named Prime Acres aimed at the UK and Europe.

The site is literally only a few days old and is aimed at anyone with land for sale, land for rent or anyone searching for land wanting to place a land wanted ad on the site.

Please note that Prime acres is not a property portal BUT anyone with a working smallholding that contains a few acres at least, are more than welcome to add an advert if their land / business is for sale or for rent or even if only a section of the land is available, feel free to add it to the directory.

The land adverts can contain a free Google mapping facility that will pin point land location on any ad for visitors, plus we have included an auto image uploader for adding images with land ads. All adverts can be edited at anytime by the ad submitter, change information and rotate images if need be.

As mentioned, the site is new, so not much content on there at the moment BUT anyone who is land news, land law or generally land information savvy, is more than welcome to submit articles to the site for visitors or just contribute to the forums.

We can also accommodate personal projects that are ongoing, so if anyone is getting their hands dirty and working, developing or maintaining their land, in process of a barn conversion or even some flats on a small plot in London, please feel free to contact us.

We are happy to accept pros and cons articles as well as the fruitfull, so if anyone has had or are having problems with the system and needed or need assistance or they found a way out of a situation that could have been costly, again this type of article is welcomed by us.

We also have a forum in place that is waiting for visitors to contribute to and all input is greatly appreciated.

A free, basic Registration is required to join the site, post on the forums or place an advert.
