I placed a wanted ad on the Greenshifters site after it was recommended to me by a friend and thought maybe one day one would come up. I was amazed when I got two offers of smallholdings to rent within hours of placing my ad. It happened so quickly I wasn't ready so had to turn them down : ( But I've continued to get offers and am hoping to soon be in a position to move. So the site really does work - but you just have to make sure you're ready to make the move!
